This Privacy Policy explains your privacy rights when using KuroSIM Services and how your personal information is securely stored. This policy applies to the KuroSIM website, as well as all linked sites, applications, and services, regardless of how you access them. You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.

Where you have been provided access to Kurosim Services by a third party (for example, a travel agency or your employer), Kurosim may receive your personal data from that third party. This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites, services, or applications that are not affiliated with or partnered with Kurosim in any manner. Any violations of the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy by such third parties are beyond our control, and therefore, we are not responsible for any data provided to or managed by them.

  1. We take the security of your personal information very seriously and will do everything reasonably possible to keep it secure. We recommend that you keep any related passwords confidential. Transport Layer Security (TLS) technology is used to encrypt all of your data.

    • Third-party managed or public sources, such as data providers (for example, when we are required to perform eKYC checks to grant you access to the Services).

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

  1. Personal data when creating your KuroSIM account – You are required to provide accurate information about yourself when registering through our application, website, or other correspondence. The information you provide may include, but is not limited to, your name, address, email address, phone number, and job title.
  2. Data generated from the use of the KuroSIM Website and Application – KuroSIM uses cookies, device information, and IP addresses to identify users, log API calls where necessary, and provide customer support. KuroSIM does not and will not store private call content, SMS messages, data-based messages, or any data session content.
  3. Third-Party Login Information – If you choose to create an Account through a third-party platform (such as Apple, Google, or Facebook), we may automatically receive login information from that third party. The information we receive may vary depending on the data you have provided to the third party and your preference settings on that platform (for example, if you enable Apple’s “Hide My Email” feature). Please refer to the relevant third party’s privacy policy for more information.

We request that you do not send or disclose any sensitive personal data to us (such as social security numbers, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, health data, biometric or genetic data, criminal background, or trade union membership) through or in connection with our Services. Kurosim is not part of the European Union and does not operate or conduct business in any EU country. Nevertheless, Kurosim will make reasonable efforts to comply with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) when processing personal data of individuals located in Europe. This does not imply full compliance with GDPR.

Kurosim complies with Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law as stipulated under Law No. 27 of 2022.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

Any changes to this Privacy Policy will be posted on this website and communicated to you. Such changes do not affect the Privacy Policy previously applicable to you.
